mixed feelings about this stay
cramped room missing remote
The room i booked was supposedly larger. But it felt quite cramped. moving around was a challenge. And i found the space inadequate considering the price. i suspect the room names are somewhat misleading. plus, the promised air conditioning remote was nowhere to be found. Made temperature control impossible

stylish interior great amenities friendly staff
the hotel rooms featured very stylish interiors and lots of art. the amenities included items from penhaligon's. the bar staff were friendly. the hotel also featured a space for live performances.
i found no slippers in the room.

the hotel restaurant offered amazing food. i would highly recommend having dinner there during your stay. the bartenders accommodated all requests for cocktails, giving excellent service.

The lounge on the first floor featured very stylish interiors and lots of art. from wednesday to saturday, there was a dj in the lounge. the basement also contained a space for live performances. It was a perfect design.

friendly staff excellent service convenient location
the staff was very friendly. hanad at reception provided excellent service. the owner helped move my luggage to the car. the location is convenient to the underground.

The location is convenient, near many shops and restaurants. the room decor had a unique style and created a cute atmosphere. i was offered complimentary drinks at the bar. The bar staff was very accommodating.
My room was quite small, limiting movement. the bathroom was also very small. I found it difficult to move. the hotel charged a security fee upon arrival, it was unexpected.

attentive staff central location quirky decor
the staff was attentive and helpful. the location was central, close to transportation (i walked to a nearby tube station). the quirky decor added character to the experience.
the room was a bit smaller than expected, impacting overall comfort.

the hotel provided access to a gym located across the street. the location proved convenient with bus stops directly outside. i found several restaurants and shops easily accessible nearby.
The room i booked was quite small. There was little space for luggage.
